Trying to solve the BASLink problem involved numerous deleting and reinstalling of the program. MYOB ended the call and I assumed that they were going to pass it on to their programing team and the problem would be solved in future updates ready for the next quarter. When I encountered that problem, I spent hours on the phone with MYOB tech support and while I could eventually get in to access my BASLink information (it was random.sometimes it would work, and sometimes it wouldn't), the problem was not sorted. When I originally installed this software, things were working.until I hit a problem with BASLink. (3) I have customised my invoices but they are not appearing in MYOB, despite being in my MYOB Custom Forms folder. After I receive this warning, I then receive a notification that the program must terminate and I am given various termination error codes (Yesterday I got 1264. not networked) and I am the only person in our VERY small office that uses this software. That is not possible as my computer is standalone (i.e. (2) Over the past few days, every time I attempt a backup, I am given a warning that a backup wasn't possible (or something like this) because someone else has the program open. Only after deleting all of these files, am I able to access my data.but I need to do this “dance” almost every time I am trying to use the software. flk file is generated in my AccountEdgePro folder.
